Yes, in order to utilize your personal student discount there is a minimum order amount of $40.

Yes, going forward you will be able to use your personalized promotional code on all future purchases with a minimum purchase of $40.

No, the discount is non-transferable, but you can make purchases on behalf of others as long as you meet the minimum purchase amount of $40.
