General Warranty Policy:

3. Warranty Scope:

  • The following issues are excluded from warranty coverage: Normal wear and tear, Accidental damage, Misuse or abuse of the product, Modifications or alterations made to the product.

  • You will need to provide your order number and photographic and video evidence of the defect.
  • Claims must be initiated within the 30-day warranty period.

5. Remedies for Manufacturer’s Defects:

  • If your product qualifies under the warranty for a manufacturer’s defect, you will be offered a refund or a replacement, depending on availability and your preference.
  • Customers will not be responsible for any costs associated with shipping for returns or replacements under the warranty.

6. Limitations and Conditions:

  • The warranty is only valid if the product is used as intended.
  • The warranty applies to the original purchaser or, if given as a gift, the recipient with proof of purchase from the original purchaser.
  • There are no geographic limitations to this warranty; it applies to all eligible products regardless of location.

7. No Extended Warranty:
